Where are you based? 

We are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.


How often do you restock?

Restock is done on a seasonal basis. For our core pieces, they are carried into all seasons.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Stellis Eyeworks for any reason.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.

North American orders typically take 3 - 7 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 5 weeks. 

Note these are not guaranteed shipping times due to variabilities in post.

 What shipping company do you use?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Who do I contact if I am having trouble ordering online?

Please contact stelliseyeworks@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible, but please allow 24-48 hours for response.

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?

Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of Canada Post. Stellis Eyeworks is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required. 

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay? 

This depends on where you are located.

For Canadian orders taxes are applied and charged at checkout. 

For U.S & International orders taxes and duties are based off of your location and are charged at customs.
